Savy AI is a business process automation consultancy. We take a process your team runs by hand, such as sales follow-up, scheduling, field work, inventory, reporting or billing, and rebuild it as one system that runs from the first request to the paid invoice. You own that system when we hand it over.
Any operational process where the same information is written down, typed again or copied between files. Delivered examples include project, inventory and purchase-order control for an air conditioning installer, tax-obligation tracking for an accounting firm, class bookings and memberships for a Pilates studio, and candidate and clinic matching for a dental staffing company.
Companies of roughly 10 to 250 people in the United States, Canada and Mexico whose daily work still runs on WhatsApp, Excel and someone's memory. Typical clients are field service and installation companies, calibration and testing laboratories, accounting firms and staffing firms.
It is not a fit if you want an app built to a specification you have already written, if you want people placed with you by the hour, or if the process runs only a few times a month, because automating it will not pay for itself.
The Automation Diagnostic is a fixed USD $1,500, or the MXN equivalent, and is credited in full against the build if you go ahead within 60 days. The build is a fixed quote, delivered within 48 hours of the diagnostic, with scope, price and delivery date in writing. An optional care plan starts at USD $1,000 per month.
A one-week, fixed-fee study of one process. You receive a map of each step and handoff, a measured baseline (hours per week and who spends them, cost per month, cycle time, error and rework rate), a costed roadmap in phases, a working proof where there is real technical risk, and a list of what we would not automate and why.
You keep the process map, the measured numbers and the plan. There is no obligation to build with us.
It depends on the scope, which is why the delivery date is fixed in the written quote before work starts. During the build you see a working demo every week.
The build is billed monthly: a down payment for the first month, then a payment at the end of each month. We quote in USD or MXN and issue a Mexican CFDI tax invoice where you need one.
You do. Source code, credentials and infrastructure transfer to you at handover, and this is written into the contract before anyone starts.
No. The system runs without us. The care plan, which covers monitoring and changes from USD $1,000 per month, is optional.
Yes. Every build has a 15-day warranty after handover. After that we measure the same numbers we measured in the diagnostic, so you can see what changed.
Where it earns its place. We use AI for the reading, sorting and drafting that used to need a person, and we connect the systems you already pay for. A person on your team approves anything that goes to a customer.
The diagnostic records the baseline before we build: hours per week, cost per month, cycle time and error rate. After handover we measure the same numbers again. We only report a saving that was measured with you.
Savy AI was founded in 2023 by Erik Barrera and is based in Cancún, Mexico. We work with clients in the United States, Canada and Mexico, in English and Spanish.
