Savy AI is a software development studio based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, offering:

• Custom CRM development
• iOS and Android mobile app development
• Web portal and SEO-optimized site development
• AI-powered automation
• Software consulting for Mexican SMBs

The specific details of each project (scope, price, delivery timelines, and payment terms) are established individually in a formal proposal accepted by both parties, which constitutes a separate contract from these Terms.

Use of the website

By using savyai.co you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Mexican law
• Not attempt unauthorized access to the site's systems, servers, or data
• Not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without written authorization from Savy AI
• Not introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Provide truthful information when booking a call or sending a contact message

Savy AI reserves the right to restrict access to the site for any user who violates these conditions.

Intellectual property

All content on savyai.co — including texts, logos, images, graphics, source code, design, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of Erik Barrera / Savy AI or their respective owners, and is protected by Mexico's Federal Copyright Law (Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor) and the Industrial Property Law (Ley de la Propiedad Industrial).

Any total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization from Savy AI is prohibited.

Regarding custom-developed code for clients: ownership is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, as established in the individual project contract.

Call scheduling (cal.com)

To schedule consultation calls we use the third-party platform cal.com, operated by Cal.com Inc. (United States). By using this service:

• You accept cal.com's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Your contact details (name, email, phone) will be processed by cal.com on their servers
• Booking a call does not constitute a service agreement — it is an exploratory conversation at no cost
• Savy AI does not guarantee availability in the event of cal.com platform failures

Proposals and service contracts

Information published on savyai.co (including indicative prices) is informational and for reference only. Final prices, scopes, and timelines are established exclusively through a formal written proposal issued by Savy AI and accepted by the client.

• Every proposal is valid for 15 calendar days from its issue date
• Project kickoff requires a signed contract and the agreed-upon deposit
• Scope changes requested after project start will be quoted separately
• Post-delivery warranty covers 15 business days for functional bug fixes

Limitation of liability

Savy AI provides the website and its content "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by Mexican law, Savy AI shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the site
• Interruptions, errors, or data loss on the site or integrated third-party services
• Content on third-party websites linked from savyai.co
• Business decisions made based on information published on the site

Savy AI's total liability in connection with any development project is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that project, as set forth in the applicable individual contract.

The site may contain links to third-party websites (cal.com, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, among others). Savy AI does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Access to any external link is at your own risk.

Modifications

Savy AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page with the corresponding update date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply by reason of their present or future domiciles.
